1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account with phlwim, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using our platform, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply to all users of phlwim, including but not limited to casual players, registered members, VIP players, and any person accessing our website or services from any jurisdiction where such access is lawful.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the phlwim website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of phlwim services following any modification constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to any modification, you must cease using our services immediately and contact customer support to close your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of phlwim services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for an account or use any phlwim services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are of legal gambling age in the Philippines. phlwim reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any funds in your account.

2.2 Account Registration

To access phlwim's gaming services, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by our registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure its accuracy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Each person may register only one (1) account with phlwim. Multiple accounts registered by the same person are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all associated accounts, cancellation of any transactions, and forfeiture of any winnings or bonuses. phlwim reserves the right to verify the identity of account holders and may request government-issued identification, proof of address, or other documentation to confirm your identity.

2.3 Prohibited Users

The following persons are prohibited from registering or using phlwim services:

• Persons under the age of twenty-one (21) years
• Persons located in jurisdictions where online gaming is illegal or restricted
• Persons who have been previously excluded or self-excluded from phlwim or any affiliated gaming platform
• Employees of phlwim, gaming regulators, or persons directly involved in the operation or regulation of online gaming
• Persons acting on behalf of or in collusion with other players to defraud phlwim
• Persons using virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or other means to disguise their true location

phlwim reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or restrict access to any person at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or breach of applicable laws or regulations.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

phlwim accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfer through Philippine banks including but not limited to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and Landbank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20). All deposits must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary depending on the payment method selected. Current limits are displayed during the deposit process.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your phlwim account are lawfully yours, are not proceeds of criminal activity, and are not being used for money laundering or terrorist financing purposes. phlwim reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposits and may suspend or terminate accounts pending satisfactory verification.

3.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests must be made through the same payment method used for deposit unless otherwise approved by phlwim. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering checks. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds may require submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within 2-24 hours; bank transfers via InstaPay process within 24 hours during business days; PesoNet transfers process within 1-3 business days; and cryptocurrency withdrawals process within 24-48 hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, holidays, or if additional verification is required.

Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 500. Maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day, week, and month, varying based on your account status and verification level. VIP members may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits. phlwim reserves the right to impose withdrawal restrictions or delays if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

3.3 Fees and Charges

phlwim does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors, banks, or cryptocurrency networks may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control and are the sole responsibility of the player. Currency conversion fees may apply if you deposit or withdraw in a currency different from your account currency.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Terms

phlwim offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates, which are detailed in the specific promotional terms for each offer.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 20x to 40x the bonus amount) before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute 10-20%, and certain games may be excluded entirely from wagering requirements. 4.2 Bonus Abuse

phlwim strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinating with other players to exploit bonuses, using betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other manipulative behavior intended to gain unfair advantage. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings voided, accounts suspended or closed, and may be permanently banned from phlwim.

4.3 Right to Modify or Cancel

phlwim reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude certain players from promotional offers at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect abuse or violation of bonus terms.

5. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

5.1 Fair Play

All games on phlwim use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live physical dealing to ensure fair and random outcomes. Players are prohibited from using any software, bots, artificial intelligence, or other automated means to play games or gain unfair advantage. Discovery of such practices will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on phlwim:

• Cheating, hacking, or attempting to manipulate game outcomes
• Collusion with other players or third parties to defraud phlwim
• Using exploits, bugs, or errors in software to gain unfair advantage
• Abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior toward other players or staff
• Money laundering or using phlwim for illegal financial transactions
• Sharing account credentials or allowing others to use your account
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access source code
• Attempting to interfere with the normal operation of phlwim services

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action. phlwim cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in cases of suspected criminal activity.

5.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of game malfunction, software error, or incorrect game result, phlwim reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. All gameplay is recorded and logged. In case of dispute, phlwim's records shall be considered final and binding.

6. Responsible Gaming

phlwim is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. Attempts to circumvent self-exclusion by opening new accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any funds.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

8. Intellectual Property

The phlwim name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

phlwim services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, phlwim disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

phlwim shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to phlwim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, phlwim's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or related to your use of phlwim services, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against phlwim. All disputes must be brought individually.

11. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your phlwim account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after verification of your identity.

phlwim reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, suspicious or fraudulent activity, or extended periods of inactivity. In the event of termination for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited, particularly if the termination is due to fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using phlwim services. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including provisions related to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and phlwim regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. phlwim's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account to any third party without phlwim's prior written consent. phlwim may assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without restriction.

12.5 Force Majeure

phlwim shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
